I would like to take a moment to commend one of your outstanding team members, TK, who works at the Nando’s in Florida (Goldman Crossing). On both my visits—most recently on 5 November and previously on 2 October—TK has provided exceptional service. I have a specific request for my chicken to be cooked extra well done, just before burnt, and TK not only remembered this preference but executed it perfectly. His attention to detail and pride in his work are truly commendable. What stood out even more was his professionalism and customer care. He personally brought the food to my table and checked in to ensure it was prepared to my liking. This kind of service, where a staff member takes initiative and creates a feedback loop with the customer, is rare and deserves recognition. TK is a credit to your brand, and I hope his dedication and commitment are acknowledged and celebrated.

Best Nandos in the Westrand area however the shopping complex that it is in, is often quite busy. Not always easy to access during peak hours
